The gamification of Agile is quite a popular approach to help better understand the Agile principles and to develop your skills. The planned Agile games enable us to emphasize process improvements, to learn teamwork and self-organizing principles.
We are going to play at least three games at the meet-up. And we hope you will bring them to your own companies to share with your co-workers and to spread the Agile knowledge and mindset.
