Ivan Spresov (Epam Systems), IT professional having wide experience in production and educational areas with big mature companies as well as with startups. Ivan believes that practice and empirical process are the best in all the cases that’s why he is writing code and building start-ups based on Agile principles.
Kate Makarevich (Targetprocess), professional with rich experience in innovation and high-tech domain, including more than 5 years in IT in various roles from testing to business analysis, product management and technical pre-sales. During one-year of on-site work in the UK Kate had a chance to get an insight into cutting-edge technologies and world best practices and would like to share it with people. Being an untiring advocate of Agile, Kate have helped many teams to increase their efficiency by improving processes and collaboration. She has always emphasized the importance of building strong partnerships with customers and colleagues, because she is convinced that communication is the key to success. Now Kate is working as a Product Specialist for Targetprocess, one of the best project management tools and she is always happy to demonstrate their SAFe solution in action.
