Программа будет проводиться на английском языке. Приглашенный спикер Kerry O'Shea, People Operations / HR at Google Asia Pacific, поделится секретами корпорации Google и расскажет, как мотивировать команду, привлечь и удержать ценного работника, наладить связь с сотрудниками и какие инструменты для этого использовать.

What is Google Founders’ Lab?
Google's Founders Lab was created out of the discovery of a staggering statistic: according to a survey of VCs by Harvard Business School, the biggest reason for startup failure at 65% was people issues. Primarily conflict among co-founders, but also the inability to hire or retain strong talent, or to get people to work with commitment towards to goals. And so Google’s team that supports startups realized -- we need to help them with their people issues! At this interactive workshop, we will share practical tools from Google's research that can improve Founder dynamics, enable more effective team culture, and debug challenges with employees.

Google Founders’ Day is for startup founders, leaders and entrepreneurs, TechMinsk Accelerator Alumni and potential participants.
About the coach
Kerry O'Shea is a Diversity Program Manager in People Operations / HR at Google Asia Pacific.
Based in Singapore, he helps drive key diversity and inclusion initiatives across Asia and globally. For his first 7 years at Google, he managed teams of recruiters covering Southeast Asia (workforce growth from 200 to 2000+) and variously Japan, China, and India. Prior to this, Kerry worked in recruitment and HR generalist roles for over 2 decades across the biotech, investment banking, technology, and executive search sectors.
He occasionally coaches SME executives and venture CEOs 1x1 on people and leadership issues. Kerry has joined National Skills Advisory panels for the Singapore government, and is a part time lecturer (tutor) at Nanyang Technological University, ranked joint 1st in Asia and #11 globally.
How to participate?
We will select startup founders to participate in Google Founders’ Day. Please, fill the form if you have the intention to take part. Priority will be given to TechMinsk Alumni and those who have already applied for TechMinsk Spring Batch Program.
